Among these, die casting has allowed the company to develop and implement a real specialized department, equipped with latest generation machinery guided by personnel trained exclusively in die casting.
Including its die casting in its UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality system,SPM has been able to raise process standards, as well as becoming known for the flexibility with which it packages services with a high technical content.
The most important characteristics of the die casting division are the following:
- Production of parts with exacting elastic requirements
- Aluminium surface machining served by 4 robotic work units with anthropomorphic robots for grinding, brushing and polishing
- Automatic machining lines for the removal of polishing residues
- Powder coating and spray painting of the die casts.
